Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, select your preferred pressure mode, place the tip in your mouth, lean over the sink, and turn the device on. Move the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth.
Where does SWSH ship?
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Our shipping is fast, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary supported payment method at checkout.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer easy exchanges in Egypt for manufacturing issues or color swaps. To start an exchange, simply send a message to our WhatsApp customer support team. Please note that due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used oral-care products.
How often should I replace the water flosser tip?
For clinical hygiene, we recommend replacing your flosser tip every 3 months. Replacement tip packs (supporting both black and white variants) are available in our store.
